Processing, Shipping, Returns, and Exchanges

These are our current policies as of August 21, 2020 and are subject to change. Please review these policies before making a purchase.


All monthly subscriptions and current month box orders will be processed on a monthly basis. For all other one-time purchase items, please allow 2-5 business days for processing. If you have any questions about your order please feel free to send us an email at!  


Current month boxes will be shipped out on the 1st through the 4th of that month. One-time items (excluding the current month's box) will be shipped as soon as the order is processed.

***Due to COVID, there may be shipping delays through USPS. We will try to ship as soon as possible so you can get your happy mail quickly! 

- Monthly Subscription: Free Shipping

- One-time box order: flat rate shipping

- All other items: shipping calculated by weight and distance

Returns & Exchanges

We currently don't offer any returns or exchanges. After the products or boxes have been shipped, there will be no opportunity to return/exchange those products. 

Cancellations & Refunds


For monthly subscriptions, your payment will be re-billed on the 11th of each month. If you want to cancel a monthly subscription, please do so 24 hours before your subscription renews on the 11th. If you cancel after the 11th, your cancellation will be applied to the following renewal

If you have prepaid for a 6 or 12-month subscription and have boxes left in your subscription plan, you will be billed for & shipped the remaining boxes. Upon completion of your subscription you will automatically be cancelled.

For all one-time products (including all of the one-time box purchases) you have 48 hours from the time of purchase to cancel. This is because one-time purchases are processed and shipped within 2-5 business days
